All of our challenge packages come with access to our web and mobile app versions as standard. Each user that registers for your challenge will have instant access to their own unique dashboard where they can input distances, create or join teams, see their progress on the interactive map and view the challenge leaderboard.

The website is also mobile-optimised so it can be viewed on a number of devices from laptops and tablets to mobile phones.

iPhone and Android Apps

We have our own mobile apps available for both iPhone and Android phones. These are freely available to download and your users can use their existing login details to get instant access to the challenge and keep up to date while they are out and about.

Smart pedometers and watches

Users can now sync their Fitbit, Garmin, Apple Health and Google Fit devices to the Big Team Challenge website and apps.

Access to the web version of your step count challenge for you and all of your users.

Users can download the Big Team Challenge app for the iPhone from the Apple App Store

Android App

Android phone users can download our app from Google Play Store.

Are there any other costs to pay over and above the prices quoted in your pricing schedule?

There are no hidden costs. What you see on our pricing schedule is what you pay, unless you wish us to create a bespoke route for your challenge for which there will be a separate charge. We would provide you with a separate quote for creating your bespoke route so you can decide if you wish to go ahead.

Customising your registration process, creating and enabling team categories and devising a custom report for you are all included in our pricing schedule.

Can our participants sync their activity trackers with Big Team Challenge ?

Big Team Challenge comes complete with native mobile apps for iOS and Android. Participants can sync their step counts from Apple Health on iOS, Health Connect for Android and Samsung, Fitbit and Garmin.
