Leaderboards

Display your teams and individuals on ranked leaderboards with a number of different display options.

Team and Individual Leaderboards

Promoting some friendly competition between your teams and participants is a great way to motivate everyone to keep active during your challenge, and this all happens in the leaderboards section of your challenge’s website and app.
As the challenge organiser, you can customise which leaderboards are visible to your participants and whether to show activity as footsteps or distance. You can change these settings at any time via your private admin area. Your participants can view the leaderboards on the challenge website and app, search for specific teams or individuals, and even tag them as favourites in order to keep track of specific competitors.

Segmented Leaderboards

Finally, our team segments feature also allows you to enable a few extra leaderboards. Perhaps you wish to create some competition between teams in different locations, divisions or departments? You can specify a list of segments when creating your challenge and each team will be required to select their appropriate segment. You can then display leaderboards based on those segments. For example, you may wish to have all of the teams in the Finance division compete against the teams in the Communications division. Team segments allow you to do just that. Additionally, you can also allow all of the teams within the Finance division to run an internal competition amongst themselves.

There are lots of great ways to use the team segments feature and we’d recommend reading our help articles or contacting our support team if you’d like to know more.

With our customisable leaderboards, promoting some friendly competition is a simple and effective way to increase participation in your wellbeing challenge.

Teams total distance shows a leaderboard of all teams, sorted by the distance of each team.

Teams average distance takes the team’s total and divides it by the number of people in the team, producing a fairer way of ranking small and large teams. This is useful if you have a wide range of team sizes.

Individuals total distance allows you to show a leaderboard of everyone taking part in the challenge along with their own personal progress.

Segmented Leaderboards allows different departments, locations or other segment to compete against each other.
