Finding a physical challenge for colleagues that is fully inclusive was not easy. We feel really lucky that a colleague recommend Big Team Challenge. The facility and ease of logging over 80 different kinds of activity as a step count has meant that everyone has been included. Feedback has been overwhelmingly positive with many colleagues very pleased to have been motivated to move much more during the challenge and continuing after.
