The Big Team Challenge was fantastic, especially during Covid-19 where our departments and teams are not having the social interaction they usually would. It was a great team building and wellbeing exercise and the team at Big Team Challenge were fantastic every step of the way. I'd definitely recommend other customers choosing a custom route so you can make it more interesting and relevant to staff - if you're doing this for a work exercise.
