We've been really pleased with The Big Team Challenge. Our participants consistently rated the platform highly, with most giving it 5 out of 5 for ease of use. As an administrator, I found the system straightforward to navigate and manage, making it easy to set up and monitor our challenge.One feature that worked particularly well was the challenge updates section, which allowed us to quickly share messages, encouragement and updates with everyone taking part. It was a simple but effective way of keeping participants engaged throughout the challenge.The customer service was also fantastic throughout – responsive, helpful and quick to resolve any queries. Overall, a great platform that helped us run a successful challenge with minimal hassle.
