We appreciate that you may be working to a budget so we can cap the number of participants who can take part in your challenge to fit in with the funding you have available.
You can ask us to remove or alter the cap on numbers at any time during your challenge.
We appreciate that you will not know exactly how many people will sign-up to take part in your virtual walking challenge, so you have the option of paying just the appropriate setup fee initially which includes your first 100 participants.
Additional participants will be invoiced separately as per our standard pricing at the end of the challenge. You can find our standard pricing guide here.
Yes. We offer discounts for UK Public Bodies and UK Registered Charities. Please contact us for further details.
We also offer discounts for multiple challenges paid for up-front. Our discounts for multiple challenges are as follows:
Two Challenges: 25% discount on the cheaper challenge
Three Challenges: 50% discount on the cheapest challenge
Promotional and introductory discounts are also offered from time to time.
If you wish, you can pay up-front for the maximum number of participants you expect to take part and registrations will be capped at your chosen level. You can add additional participants for the appropriate fee at any time by contacting us.
Alternatively, you can choose to pay only the appropriate setup fee, which includes your first 100 participants, when the challenge goes live and registration begins. Should more than the 100 participants included in the Base Price register, an additional invoice will be payable for the extra participants at the end of your challenge.
You can pay online by card. If you are receiving a discount we can provide you with an invoice with a link on it which will enable you to pay online.
Alternatively, we can invoice you and you can pay by bank transfer.
Payment of the appropriate setup fee is due when the challenge goes live and registration begins.
No. As a software-as-a-service solution, any improvements or new features we add over the lifetime of your account will be automatically available, at no extra cost.
There are no hidden costs. What you see on our pricing schedule is what you pay, unless you wish us to create a bespoke route for your challenge for which there will be a separate charge. We would provide you with a separate quote for creating your bespoke route so you can decide if you wish to go ahead.
Customising your registration process, creating and enabling team categories and devising a custom report for you are all included in our pricing schedule.
