This lesson covers how to accept an invite to join a team.
Teams Leaders are able to invite other participants to join their team. They can do this by going to the "My Team" page on the website and using the "Invite Users" option on this page.
They will be asked to enter the user's email and the temporary nickname they want to use for this invite.
The invited user should then receive an email in their inbox asking them to join the team. Once the user has clicked on the button, depending on whether or not they have registered an account with that email address already, they will be asked to Register a new account or login with their existing details.
Once the user has registered or logged in, they will be shown their dashboard, with any pending invites to the teams that have invited them so far. They can then simply choose "Accept" or "Decline" on the team invite.
Once they have accepted a team invite they will automatically be added to the team and their steps counted towards the team distance.
