Welcome to The Road to Tokyo!
As the effects of the Pandemic drag on, we’ve decided to run an all staff, online activity challenge – “The Road to Tokyo” - hosted by Big Team Challenge.
We think it’ll be a nice way to keep us active and connected, with a healthy dose of friendly competition thrown in. There may even be prizes awarded for special performances along the Road to Tokyo!
The challenge will commence 13:00 CEST, Sunday 27th June and will run for 6 weeks. Each team will aim to “virtually travel” from the ADL Headquarters in Brussels to ADL Tokyo, before the activity ends 13:00 CEST, Sunday 8th August - just in time for the Olympic closing ceremony!
The 15,700 km route will take us through 22 cities in total and we’ll be visiting 14 of the ADL offices along the way! If everybody taking part aims to reach at least 10,000 steps/ 9 km per day, we should be able to reach our goal.. but which team will make it to Tokyo first?!
