What They Said about their steps challenge
We already had two big team challenges in the past. In the previous one, we walked virtually from our Athens office to the one in Dublin and more, and in this one, they prepared a Tour de France route for us.
What we like the most is that the app is compatible with all gadgets, phones and watches. Thanks to this easy set-up, 340 colleagues came together and joined the Steps Challenge. In total, we counted 23 teams with roughly 15 participants each from all our locations in Europe, counting their steps for six weeks! In other words: 82865 km and 119,979,535 steps – a game-changer that made us work hard and have fun at the same time while building team spirit. And we decided to add an extra motivation by combining it with a good cause: for every km made, FREE NOW committed to donating to the UN for Afghan crisis relief, so everyone was truly dedicated, and we all felt really proud at the end.
